For engineering sustainably visible, quantifiable and suitable interventions for the local communities a needs assessment study has been carried out by Feedback Foundation to map the existing socio-economic situation as well as community needs and expectations in the peripheral villages of TSPL. Based on findings of the needs assessment study, community feedback along with inputs of the District Administration and local NGOs we have re-aligned our strategic and thematic areas to design a long term plan for three years (2015-2018) with considerable focus on sustainable development. TSPL shall relentlessly work to impact overall socio-economic growth and empowerment of our stakeholders.
